Dance should be for everyone. InclusiveGrooves is a space where people can move, explore, and express themselves in a way that feels right for them.
We work with children, teens, and adults who are ADHDers, dyslexic, dyspraxic, or otherwise neurodivergent—whether formally diagnosed or self-identified. Everyone is welcome
We focus on rhythm, regulation, and self-expression—not perfection. Our classes follow a predictable structure, offer sensory accommodations, and leave lots of room for creativity.
I have over 10 years of formal dance training. I'm a Mona Khan Company Dancer as well as IHS Sitare Dance Captain. Most importantly, I care deeply and dance joyfully :)
